It's a little known fact, but March is actually National Homeless People Awareness month. Just kidding (I think November is, really). Oh well. I thought this diorama would be a nifty idea. How many times have you been to Philadelphia, and at least five different guys pester you on the streets for some change? Whatever you do, don't spare a dime for the guys depicted in this scene: They'll only spend it all on booze!

Personally, I think the trashcan fire and the suitcase full of coins are the whipped cream of this dessert. Isn't great how the middle-aged rich people just causually glance and walk away? So true to life.
Maybe in the future, I'll do an updated version of this model, in which the said hobos become horribly mutated ala CHUD. Hell, in that case, not even Al Jolson himself would even spare them a dime!
